Poison Shoes

It’s not the kind of ‘killer heels’ she was looking for.

Police say Tatsujiro Fukasawa laced a woman’s shoes with hydrofluoric acid, in an attempt to kill her. The acid is typically used to dissolve rock.

The woman survived the attack, but developed gangrene in her foot. Doctors say when the acid absorbs into the skin, it could lead to heart attacks.
