Late-night nummies can be serious business. Just ask Steven Noska.
The 26-year-old Taco Bell employee was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, after police say he shot a customer with a BB gun.
Police say the customer approached a Springfield, Massachusetts Taco Bell just after 4:00 a.m., and “banged on the drive-in window” to get service. Receiving no response, cops say the customer then “banged on the restaurant’s front door.” Though the inside eating area was closed for the night, the drive-thru was still open.
Unhappy with all the commotion, police say Noska briefly argued with the customer, then got a BB gun from his car and shot the taco enthusiast ‘several times.’ A police report says the customer then bit Noska on the arm.
Though dinner was not served that night, the customer reportedly hopes justice will be.
